Lexi asked me to take this picture if an outfit Nana bought her for Christmas. She told me she looked like she was 5 in it :)
I FINALLY taught Makenna how to ride her bike. She never showed any interest in learning, and one day she said she wanted to . I went right out the door and taught her. It only took her a couple of tries but she got it!!
DUKE! Steven hasn't missed watching a game yet. They haven't been playing their best, needless to say Steven has been upset!!
It was in the 70's a couple of weeks ago, so we went on a hike down to a Lake and threw rocks in the water.
Makenna decided to chop off some of her hair (about 4 inches!!) and here is her new shorter style!
Benjamin came down with pneumonia. He was so sick and couldn't do much. Benjamin is OBSESSED with playing basketball, even though he barely could stand he would bring his hoop over and sit and shoot some hoops. He is doing better but still seems to be tired from working so hard to get over it.
We just got back today from a little trip to Myrtle Beach. We needed a family get away and it was perfect. Here was the sunrise we saw waking up the first morning. There were also dolphins out. There must have been some good food around because there were tons of them and they were out for about an hour. Makenna was amazed and would just watch them jump and play.
Headed out to pick some seashells.

Benjamin would not go anywhere without a ball. As you look at these pictures, he is ALWAYS with a ball- sometimes two!!!

We decided to let the kids make an animal at Build-a-Bear and Benjamin picked out a "Dinosaur- RRRRAAAA"

The hotel we stayed at had 2 indoor water parks. There were indoor pools, lazy rivers, huge waterslides, hot tubs, and children areas.
Makenna figured out how to do back flips and front flips in the water. She is such a fish!

Makenna loved the sound of the waves and collecting shells. Both girls found HUGE shells and coral. 
We had so much fun. The girls cried so bad the morning we had to leave. We promised them we would go back!!

Looks like a great time with family!!! Love the indoor pool. Our boys love that sort of thing. Glad you were all able to get away and enjoy each other.
Your boys would. There were even two pools with real basketball hoops in it. They would just play and play. If you go in tthe winter and sign up for their special emails, you can get some AMAZING deals!!
